Rex focuses his practice on personal injury representation and litigation after spending more than three years at Mutual of Omaha, five years at Progressive Insurance and twelve years at National Warranty Insurance Company. As an attorney who is familiar with insurance company practices and procedures he has extensive experience not only in representing injured people in the claims process but bad faith litigation as well.

Rex is also skilled in the representation of business and individual clients in all phases of civil litigation, including complex pleading drafting, pre-trial discovery, trial practice and appellate practice. Meg McDevitt, Esq.

Meg focuses her practice on consumer and business litigation after spending more than fifteen years in civil litigation and consumer and creditors’ rights practice. As a retired Colonel in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, U.S. Army Reserve, she has extensive experience with U.S. military and veterans’ issues.

Meg is skilled in the Meg McDevittrepresentation of business and individual clients in all phases of civil litigation, including complex pleading drafting, pre-trial discovery, trial practice and appellate practice. Meg also has significant experience in the representation of secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7 liquidation and Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 reorganization bankruptcy matters. Her experience includes litigation of construction disputes, real estate foreclosures, commercial lease disputes, and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court. Meg also has significant expertise in the areas of consumer and commercial collections, as well as mechanic's lien law.
